Q. Is WebSync  reliable and safe?

A. Yes. It’s very reliable and very safe. First, our main enterprise class server is configured with redundant components, which ensures that it will be online virtually anytime despite possible equipment breakdown. Second, this same server is hosted in a tier 3 secure data center , which ensures that nobody can have unauthorized physical access. And finally, our server is then replicated to seperate servers in a distinct geographical area.


Q. Is the WebSync service easy to use?

A. Yes. Once installed and configured, the backups are performed automatically according to the schedule established and without intervention on your part. For your convenience, several documents to help you do the installation, configuration and data recovery have been made available in our documentation section.


Q. How do I know my backups are performed correctly?

A. You receive daily reports via email. Should a problem occur with a backup, our team will be happy to help remedy the situation.


Q. Who else has access to my data?

A. Your data is encrypted with a SSL key (bank level), no one has access to your data unless you provide them your password or your personalized encryption key. The encryption is from end to end and is also encrypted on our server. Even the server administrators have no access. This means that if you lose your password or your personalized encryption key, your data is unrecoverable.
